COD MW2 2022 won't install.

I've tried everything, I've restarted my Xbox multiple times. Deleted the game from my Xbox, and when I try reinstalling the main game it gets to 8% then says Instalation Stopped. The right side where it says how many MBs is downloading doesn't appear, this is only happening with the Main game I can download the add-ons with no problem and I can download other games just fine. Also when the main game is stuck at 8% I can't install anything else even if I click install now on a different game. This has never happened to me before and I could play MW2 2022 with no issue a few days ago. Any help will be greatly appreciated, I just wanna play CoD

Howdy! Yes it is a digital game and I do have a external hard drive plugged in.

I would like to clarify, is this a disc game or a digital game?

Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console?

Oh, thank you so much for that but do you have a different network connection that we can try such as a mobile hotspot?

I don't have a router I get my internet through Boingo wireless in the Barracks.

Thank you for letting me know. To check if it's the console or the hard drive let's try to install the game with the hard drive unplugged.

Please unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle before installing the base game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
