    Hi A1DYN101, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that playing an online multiplayer game requires Xbox Live Gold subscription so please make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
