    COD MW is saying i have to repurchase game


    so I preordered COD MW before it came out, I played a lot and had stopped playing for a few weeks. got on to play a few weeks ago and saw that the game is nowhere to be found. Its not in my owned games and when I go to the store its telling me I have to
    redownload it. How do I fix this? ive been waiting to see if there was going to be an xbox update but there hasn't been.

    Hi Luis,

    Yes, when I was trying to purchase that, it says the game is "not playable on this device," not only for MW but some other COD games too like COD WW2, COD black ops 3.

    Having achievements for a game doesn't necessarily mean that you've purchased it on that account. You could have played it at a friends house, another family member on your console could have purchased it, you could have purchased it on another account,
    etc.

    You're saying you've looked at your download history,and the game is not listed there. I'm not asking you to go to the game and try to purchase it, I'm asking you to look at your download history, two very different things. If you've confirmed by looking at
    your download history that it doesn't show up there then you will need to
    contact phone support     if you're sure that you purchased it on this account.

    Please go to your Download history and check for the game there. Please remember that you can only download the game from the account you purchased it on.

    You can check your download history by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.
