COD Modern Warfare: Cannot access options menu in any mode other than Warzone

Ever since I played Warzone the first time I cannot access the options menu in any mode other than Warzone. Even on the home screen if I press start the screen flashes but options does not come up. This is a problem because my
controls and sensitivity changed as well and I can't switch back to my preferences. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that was unsuccessful.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks but I'm not holding my breath. There have been numerous updates since this and I haven't seen anyone else out there with this issue so it must not be affecting many people. So I can't imagine it is a top priority.

Hi there. This is a known issue that they are working on fixing asap. Hopefully it is not long till the patch is released. Hope you are safe and well during these difficult times.

Hey, The application Modern Warfare is free to install and if not paid for you can only access the game mode “Warzone” if you wish to play the other content you will need to buy the game.

This did not resolve the issue. I still do not have the option to access Modern Warfare. It only shows options to pre-order Modern Warfare 2, Play Warzone, or Purchase Vanguard. If I view it in the store it says I own the game.

Modern Warfare/Warzone: At the main menu, press Options, select the “General” tab, then scroll down to “Game Installs.” From here, you can install/delete any content you have.
