    Is anything going to be done with all the players modding in Call of Duty? As an older player (over 50) I really did enjoy playing... but now it's really getting out of hand. It seems that once they have their money no one cares what happens to the game
    play...

    Is this an illegal mod?

    any modding of a game can lead to a ban, as modding a game is a violation of the terms of use and code of conducts. Also discussing modding on here is against the rules of the forums. So please dont talk about modding games as you will get banned

    Will I get banned?

    Modding is against Xbox Code of Conduct/Terms of Use. You risk being banned for being in a lobby where someone is modding a game.

    No, they will never be fixed.

    Microsoft now only give out 2 week bans for modders, instead of permanent bans, so they have really given up too.

    Best thing to do is get a group of friends/players together for some private matches.

    And if you can get a group of us older players together (I`m only 2 years short of 50) I personally think it would be more enjoyable still as we tend to play purely for fun.

    You can send me an FR anytime for some private CoD.

    My list includes; CoD 4, WaW, MW2, MW3, Black Ops & just bought Ghosts.

    I agree!!!! XBL don't care bout modders/hackers. They only care bout money. I'm not supporting COD ever again. Activision tells you its up to Microsoft and then Microsoft tells you its up to activision. Not including Aimbot/Modded Controllers. I'm an avid
    Gamer since Online gaming was out but now Its not even fair on console gaming. Coming from a 30 year old man

    This is absolutely not the kind of situation that we want you to have. It would be best if you can contact the Xbox Support to report this kind of play and to report the players you know that violated the terms of use of xbox.

    Please know that there are too many accounts that was permanently banned due to violation of terms of use.

    The only way to report is on the console.

    Reporting 1000 times a day will not fix the COD games, it will just take over your life.

    The most incredible thing is these games are on sale this week at a ridiculous price, and no mention of how destroyed the games are.
