COD Ghosts won't play

Call of Duty Ghosts will not load. I put the disc in and the main screen of the aircraft carrier comes up and displays the title of the game and then it switches to the picture of the ghost soldier and then the screen goes black and nothing happens. We
have two Xbox ones and two copies of COD Ghosts. The same thing happens with the second disc. Honestly, I have not tried it in the second Xbox one because my sons room is a mess and I do not want to go in there. The discs are clean and do not have any scratches.
I have played other games on the xbox one without difficulty.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem

Holding the start button and the power button is what worked. Thank you for your time. I will give Bill Gates a call and see if you can get a job with microsoft.

Do you hold the start Button on the control?

 

I had the same problem. I uninstalled the game and all content, reinstalled and it still would not load. I read this suggestion to "hold the start button and the power button" but I wasn't sure what the "start" button is on the Xbox one? On the controller?
Anyway, I saw posted elsewhere to try unplugging the console, wait a minute and plug it back in. I did that and it works. Hope that helps someone...

Where's the start button? Is it on the controller? Like this small button with three lines?

Is the power button that one on the front panel of the Xbox One?

 

This worked for me right away! Thank God, first time it did this, it wouldn't load for me, I tried turning it off & on, but would do the same thing, then i tried this, & was on spot, worked as you said! thanks so much bro! back to gaming I go!
