    Port forwarding question

    Dropped mine in the DMZ and now Ghosts reports NAT: Open

    The dashboard has always reported my NAT as open though so COD is either fudged or they are using a completely different port when testing your connection.

    COD GHOSTS STRICT NAT, NAT OPEN XBOX ONE.

    You should first turn on UPNP, turn off DMZ if you are currently using it and then put your Xbox One's IP Address into your DHCP Reservation list. This is all under the router website and then port forward: 3074, 3075, 3076 UDP and TCP ( go on till 3080
    if you want, that will be better) and then thats it. Save settings and if it doesnt work then power cycle your router/modem and xbox one (unplug it and wait 30 seconds). Hope that helps you, bro.

    Mine keeps saying Moderate no matter what I have tried, however I will look into these settings tonight and see what I have as well. Thanks for the information.

    For some reason my xbox is not playing my Call of Duty Ghosts at all. Anybody know why that would happen?

    Im really confussed now on the xboxone dashboard it says my nat type is strict yet im now on cod ghosts and my nat type is OPEN wtf

    Oh, by the way. My NAT is fine on the 360, it's open on Cod: Ghosts and all the other games and I can host parties and stuff, but on the One it is on strict.

    I haven't looked myself but have heard that CoD Ghosts has it's own NAT type within the game that may be seperate from the console, ie console shows NAT type open but the game shows it as strict. Trying looking when u are in the multiplayer menu and see
    if it shows a strict NAT type.
