COD Ghosts - Registration?

Hey guys i've only played PC games and I'm finally making the switch to console. For COD games on the PC it always comes with the registration code that you can only enter it once and when you do, that copy is done and can't be used by anyone else. Is
that the same with the console version? I'm considering buying it off of kijiji/ebay, but if it's "used" can I still use it online? Thanks

Single player campaign - COD Ghosts or Battlefield 4?

Normally I can't stand COD. I've got both Ghosts and BF4. I find BF4 far superior (when it works) online. The BF4 campaign is (IMO) awful but the COD Ghosts campaign is pretty good this time around actually.

For consoles if you have a physical disc, the game is never locked. Whoever has the disc has access to the game. It is only a one time thing when the game is purchased digitally.

 

What about playing online? Sorry I should have specified. I like playing online multiplayer, probably do the same for BF4 and Titanfall. Will it work if someone else bought it and played online? Does it use the Live account or does the cd have a reg
code?

 

Yeah, you can play online. It uses the live account, the only thing is that your account has to be "gold" which means you pay an Xbox Live Gold subscription which is $9.99/month, $24.99/3 months or $59.99/year

 

Yes, you can play online. As Remedy said, it comes on a disc if it's used. But if it's a digital download, then it's a one time only deal. However, some other games use online codes. (Such as ubisoft games, which comes with a uplay passport. These can only
be used once as well)
