COD Ghosts lost progress!

Been playing through COD on veteran and went to play it today and it asked me to adjust brightness and screen size and straight away I knew there was something dodgy going on and sure enough no option to resume game ??? Flipping pain in the rear end big
time

COD lost me with ghost and I don't see any reason to believe that this is going to be better.

Hi, I just got the xbox one with COD Ghosts. There is my profile and my son's, i was thinking we could progress separately through the game.

However, when my son was playing he got signed out and the code above resulted.

Because of this he lost all his progress and it seemed whichever one of us is signed in the game has reset to my checkpoint.

Can someone clarify how the profiles work especially when kinect is involved in signing people in and passing the controller? Thanks.

 

I had a problem when I played it through on veteran but a hard reset sorted me out, hope you fix it mate!

 

Cheers bud I see there is a service alert about unable to retrieve data from cloud so I'm hoping it's something to do with that because now none of my game's are working either !!! If it's not that I will try the hard reset and if that doesn't sort it
then the xbox might well be goosed

 

This gen certainly has more problems than the last one, completely unacceptable really, but what can you do?

 

Yeah wasn't expecting as much probs as there has been seems to be a lot of service alerts these days!
