Cod ghosts keeps resetting my rank

Played for a few hours today in squads levelled up to 50 went for dinner and my rank is back to 40.

Not the first time it's happened but it's starting to grind my gears.

Any help most welcome

I'm just about done with this game.

 

When you quit, do you back out and shut the game and system down properly, or do you just power off, from any screen. Ive heard of this before though.

 

Happens on both mate.

Seems to happen more when I rank up multiple times or win more than 10 games in a row.

Spoke to Activision assist and they were very unhelpful

 

If the dedi servers are "saving", you will "lose" whatever rank you have gained when you back out. Im not sure how to tell if things are "saving" or not. I have heard of this before.

 

Just stay in the game - until the end ( when you get back to the pregame room )

 

I believe the dedicated servers are for the PC only version. Not the XBOX. We get matched up by broadband speed through the One

 

I stay till I get to a pre game lobby as it's the xbox one it never gets fully turned off.

I don't think the stats get uploaded most of the time.

Pain when you nearly prestige and need to start again though my world rank never resets.
