COD GHOSTS INSTALL PROBLEM.

right first i have disconnected from the network and re did the install. it got stuck at 43% both times saying my disc was dirty or damaged. i did a hard reset cold reboot where you hold power button for 10 seconds then it came back on and continued to
install i thought brilliant its worked, then it got 57% then stopped and said install stopped the disc be damaged or dirty, but its a brand new game... starting to get very annoyed, i dont think its the console, as fifa14 and battlefield 4 installed perfectly

any help appreciated

Am I the only one with really long install times?

COD Ghost took forever to install & I am not an inpatient person. It is so slow it feels like I have a bad console. Anyone else having the same problem?

 

COD Ghosts has installed but won't update or play!?!

Ok so, I've completed the initial startup update and this has completed allowing me to use the xbone. I've been playing around in the dashboard with no problems. I insert COD Ghosts (disk) and it starts to install... Part way through it say ready to play,
not sure what percentage of the install it was at but that shouldn't matter right? So the game start to load then... COD Ghosts needs and update... Getting ready (loading circle arrears on screen). Them all of a sudden 'There was a problem with the update'.
I try again, no luck. I check network connection with both wired and wireless. Both fine and no problems. I wait for the install to complete and try again, same thing. It say COD Ghosts needs and update but it won't update cause 'there is a problem with the
update'... Meanwhile it keeps flicking between (in a loop) to the COD Ghosts startup image (as if the game is starting) then back to needs an update screen, then to problem with update screed and so on. Is anyone else having problems with COD Ghosts update???

If you continue to have the problem and your network is off during this, you may have a bad disc. I have seen it happen. Can you try to return it for another?
