CoD Ghosts Digital Upgrade Not Working

I bought my copy of ghosts on the xbox 360 marketplace and the 10 is susspost to be 10$ on the xbox one marketplace but for me it says that the game is 59.99. Ive already talked to support who offered me no help at all, i was told that they would email me(which
they didnt) and also i was told to make a post on the forums so hopefully someone can help me here. this is te reference number i was given to by support: 1241944230

You should have gotten a code then go back to gamestop and pay the $10 and upgrade.

Did you buy the digital copy on the 360? the upgrade is for the 360 digital copy to a XO digital copy.

You need to contact activision support, although they might not be any help either, but thats what I got told when I looked into it for someone else, but they didn't end up getting an XO so it never got resolved.

The upgrade offer ended on March 31st i hate to inform you. You will have to buy the game full price. Your stats/unlocks in multiplayer will still carry over.
