COD Ghosts Digital Hardened some DLC items not available....

Bought Ghosts Digital Hardened from the Xbox One store at the beginning of the month. I was supposed to get the season pass, the team leader pack, and the ghosts insignia pack.

What I got was...

The season pass (and the current map packs)

Some of the Team Leader Pack ( weapon camo, reticle, player patch, player card, and player background)



What is missing...

ALL of the Ghosts insignia pack

The MP Head from the Team Leader Pack.



What should I do to get the rest of my items? It seems that Xbox is selling the Gold edition and taking the rest of this on to it to "make it the Hardened Edition" as that is how it is listed on the xbox. In my "Store" inside Ghosts some things have
check marks supposedly showing they are purchased/installed but some of my content dosen't have these green check but when I click on them it says they are already owned/installed.

Hey guys! We heard back on this situation, due to the age of the product, each additional piece of content will need to be installed individually. Along with the Season Pass you can get the Call
of Duty: Ghosts - Digital Hardened Edition Pack and the Call of Duty: Ghosts - Insignia Pack as well. Thanks for understanding!

 

Bought Cod Ghost Digital/Hardened Ed, Not Installing, Help

I just bought the digital hardened edition of CoD Ghost off the Xbox Store, and it's not installing. Everytime I press 'install' it just does nothing. Please help.

It appears some of the items will download automatically, but those who buy the digital hardened edition need to make a few more downloads from the add ons section of the xbox store to get everything. (Not the in game shop)

I was wondering why the add ons like map or other dlc I buy on my xbox one but when I try get them on 360 it says I have to purchase them again... my son bought the map packs on the 360 but when he tried to download them on the xbox one it says he has to
pay for them again? Or vise versa like when I purchased the snoop dogg voice over on xbox one and tried to download it on 360 it says I have to pay again? What do I do?

Downloadable content and games are not compatible between the Xbox One console and Xbox 360 console. If you have purchased downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and would like to use it on the Xbox One, you will need to purchase it on the Xbox One.

 

So if I want the map packs I Need to purchase it on the xbox one and then I will be able to just redownload on the 360? They r both Microsoft so shouldn't they be compatible even if its for the xbox one or the xbox 360?

 

Even though both consoles are made by Xbox, the data is not made to be compatible with both. As already said, if you purchase content on the 360, you will need to purchase it again if you want it on the One and vice versa.
