COD Ghosts 2? or bogus

COD: Ghosts Free Fall map and other Ghosts DLC is "unavailable".

same problem what is going on? Cant purchase it cant download it it just says unavailable but it says I can redeem it. this is bogus and I have called xbox support they don't know anything. the guy on the phone didn't seem to know anything about anything.

 

Single player campaign - COD Ghosts or Battlefield 4?

Normally I can't stand COD. I've got both Ghosts and BF4. I find BF4 far superior (when it works) online. The BF4 campaign is (IMO) awful but the COD Ghosts campaign is pretty good this time around actually.

 

Boo! Hiss! Lol. While thought the campaign for Ghosts was one of the best...truly thought multiplayer was horrendous! ;-)

That had to be the absolute dumbest game story ever written in the history of time.

Seriously, Fracture had a better story.

I couldn't tell you what that story was and for that reason alone it's better than "Sinister South America Rises Against The USA... Successfully".

I bet half the sales of that title were when Hug Chavez bought a million copies to distribute for free amongst his populace.

If this were Dungeons and Dragons every time you played the story mode in "COD: Ghosts" you would have to roll a D20, and deduct that amount from your character's Intelligence stat.

At the same time once your Intelligence drops below 5 you'd have to roll a D6 with a 2 or higher seeing your character immediately hired by the studio to pen the sequel.

 

Ghost MP wasn't overly well received, while I don't think it would take much to turn it around, i think it would be a risk to carry on the Ghost branding, unless they were sure it was amazing and based on feedback from BO3 i would suggest it isn't going
to be.

While BO3 seems to have held its user base which is nice, I am still waiting for the one which will pull be back and ghost 2 doesn't make me want to look into it further.

Although no other website is running the story, which either means all the others are heavy paid by the industry so can't, or they are not falling for it.

 

I'm really hoping this is a rumor. Ghosts was pretty terrible imo. I don't think I even finished the story. I can't even pinpoint what it really was about the MP that just left me disinterested.

 

I really enjoyed the campaign for Ghosts, never touched the MP (as usual)

 

I'm beginning to think Azrael008uk didn't like the campaign for Ghosts...

Can't tell if OP is sarcastic or not, haha, Ghosts was the last CoD I played RIP.

 

I completed ghosts campaign on veteran in one sitting, it was brief and easy. The story was ridiculous like most CODs after MW. Can we turn back away from future war? like covering an actual event that happened?

 

Bought Ghosts because of the Campaign. Played the MP only for the 1+7 vs. Bots mode. Didn't even bother with BO3, due to it being a copy/paste of Advanced Warfare.

I honestly think Activision needs to pull their head out of their rear and take a step back; to something people actually want to play. Otherwise, 2016 will be their last year for CoD.

 

COD, IMO, has become tripe commercial wannabe catchup...last game worth anything was MW2...wish that would stop the future crap and maybe go back to WWII. Wish they would have a WWII pacific theatre, "Battle of Midway", "Peleliu", "Solomon islands"...etc...I
would come back for that...

 

Yeah I wasn't a fan of the story but to their credit at least they were trying for something new.

Give the fans what they expect and you get criticised for re-hashing the same game over and over again.

Give the fans something new and you get criticised for ignoring the 'real fans' and not giving them what they expected.

With 3 seperate developers creating CODs for people to consume on a yearly basis hopefully people will be able to find at least 1 that they like.

 

Never been a pacific theatre WWII game from COD, I think. I know there was a Peleliu mission in one of the games, but sigh...this is NEW territory albeit without the lame gimmicks or weapons of the "future soldier"...but don't wanna break what works. Having
a strong substantive story in cod title is an oxymoron...lol.
