COD Ghost XBOX One will not install - installation stops at 14.14 gig

I am unable to install COD Ghost for Xbox One on my Xbox One console.

I have tried all various combinations of online, offline with update and without update.

I have followed all of the instructions from a support chat.

1) reset xbox, try install - fail

2) try install offline - fail

3) factory reset try install - fail

4) clear blu-ray persistent data, reset alternate mac address try offline install - fail.

5) Try to install from Store via download with game in console after no payment the dvd is checked and the download started and was installing. But it failed at the same point of installation.

6) Tried installing on a different console - fail

7) Tried a different game disc - fail.

Please help!

Ever since the latest update, I have not been able to play COD Ghost on my Xbox One. It bugs me because whenever I try to install it now, the installation stops around 35% and yes I have tried power cycling my Xbox One but it still stops installing around
35%....

Please help me.

DVD player app installation error code 0x80D0000A. Installation stopped. Help please.

Unable to install the blueray player on my Xbox one. Installation stops after few seconds and the error code is 0x80D0000A.

Hey Epicfirepower,

To clarify, do similar installation issues occur with other Xbox One disc games or Blu-ray movie discs? If you haven't already, try watching a Blu-ray movie if you own one, or a couple different Xbox One disc based games and let us know how it goes.

I have several other Xbox One games and no other game has an issue. I have now tried a 3rd copy of Ghost and it fails at the same spot about 38 % in. It could be bad discs but that would be a really big coincidence. It could be my Xbox but I have the same
issue on my brother's Xbox. Still no response from MS support ticket.

Hey there,

Very sorry to hear the issue keeps persisting. I'm assuming you have enough space on your Xbox One console to install the game? Do you have a couple games installed that you no longer play and can remove to see if making extra room does the trick?

If the issue continues, have you tried a wired connection while downloading? Cancel the installation/uninstall Call of Duty: Ghosts from your Xbox One console, power cycle your Xbox One by holding the power button until it fully powers down, and then try
a wired connection directly to your modem. Those are the next steps we recommend trying if you have more than enough space on that console.

Lastly, can you post back with the results from your detailed network statistics? You can find that option in the

Xbox One Network Settings.

Please stop talking out of your backside and stop trying to de-rail topics by turning them into stupid console war threads. PS4 is exactly the same as the ONE with regards to game installs. If your friend had to wait 3 hours before he could play ghosts then
that would be due to internet speed and not because he was installing on an xbox one

Yea nathan0774, then another hour for the updates. Also i fixed the installation issue myself, sadly though it required having to restore factory defaults and starting from scratch and this also fixed having to go through the TV setup everytime i switched
to an app or game and back to the TV =). So I have to reinstall Assassins Creed and Dead Rising 3, COD:Ghost is installed, updated, and running smooth.
