Cod ghost issue

anyone else having an issue i was playing it today then got off for a bit and now it wont let me play it says needs update but wont let me so i tested my connection everything was fine

Hi I Already installed the cd 1 and i cab play online. But the story doesn't wordk. I get the warning i have to install Disc 2. but when i take out cd one, xbox go directly to the Main menu! What should I do?!?!?! Help

I had this same problem. It turns out that there a service alert. Affected services:

Downloading items that you have already purchased. It appears their problems. And Microsoft is working on it.

 

I know exactly how to fix this issue! Buy Battlefield.

It does say on the status page that there may be some interruption to service (at the time of this post) due to maintenance but I have no idea what the status was at the time you made this thread. I hope its all fixed for you now.

You fix this by selling the game and buying final fantasy 1313-2 and 13-3 and resident evil 0 to 3

 

While I agree that COD is doo doo, especially Ghosts, telling the OP to purchase other games isn't really proactive. Having said that, may I suggest Dark Souls 2.

 

I would go so far as to say that if I go ahead and trade my Ghosts in, I could probably get a straight swap on PvZ. Some reason (in the UK) CoD seems to get a fair turn over for exchange.

Glad to hear its resolved for you buddy bookmark the link I posted in my last post. That's the first place you want to check if you have problems again in the future as the devs update that to reflect any issues
