    COD Ghost Crashing & BF4 Crashing


    Please help ASAP!! Both battlefield four and Call of duty: Ghosts began crashing today. I had placed both games inside the Xbox one and it would start up showing the background of each game for a second then crash. Sometimes it would crash to a black screen
    and lead back to the dashboard Some of my fixes I created to resolve the issue were to do a hard reboot to clear the cache by holding the home button on the Xbox one controller and the Xbox one logo on the console at the same time for 10-15 seconds to do a
    hard reboot and it did not solve the issue. Also I tried going into my console info and changing the location and language and pressed restart now , and that did not solve my issue Please someone I need some information on how to resolve my case. I know getting
    another console or game will not fix the issue because this is involved with the OS not a hardware issue

    MY XBONE JUST DIED!!!!!!!

    It's not just BF4, DR3 as well is crashing on me. Google Xbox One games crashing. There are also several threads in the XO support forum discussing it.

    You make it really hard to like xbox one!

    Bf4 and Cod ghosts have both crashed lots of times..... on my Ps4 , after I installed a free theme , but didnt after I removed it.
    I played Ghosts on the One last week...crashed in the same places the 360 crashed. Dodgy programming if you ask me.

    The XBOX One system update today also didn't resolve the BF4 crashes, but no surprise there, as BF4 crashes on every platform.

    Talon only one of my friends has xbox one and hes been playing ghosts and forza with no crashing problem whatsoever if its a bf4 problem i fear i will have to return my console because everything crashes except occasionally blu ray youtube starts up but
    when i try to play a video CRASH sigh i hope this isnt the issue

    NBA2K14 and BF4 crashes and instantly sends to dashboard randomly

    I have the same problem in BF4. It may be a disc drive issue, i play my Digital version of COD with absolutely no interruptions, but when i play BF4 Disc, it crashes and sends me to the dashboard.
