    Xbox one backwards compatibility games cannot connect to Xbox Live

    Is it only happening on this backwards compatible game? Or all backwards compatible games?

    Is your password longer then 16 characters? The 360 including the emulator on the ONE does not like passwords longer then 16 characters. If your password is longer then 16 characters you will want to change it to something less then 16 characters.

    First Xbox codes are 25 characters long that would be put in for games the code you put in your post is 16 characters long.

    like Smwutches said if it was a name your game code that promotion expired and you would need to talk to the retailer that you purchased the console from.

    Make sure your password is not longer then 16 characters the 360s including the emulator on the One does not like passwords longer then 16 characters so if your password is longer then 16 and you want to play 360 games on the One you will need to make
    a password less then 16 characters.

    Have you ever been able to play any backwards compatible game?

    Is your password longer then 16 characters? 360s including the emulator on the one does not like passwords longer then 16 characters if your password is longer then 16 characters then you would need to change it to something less then 16 characters.

    Does it say something along the lines of the password is incorrect?

    I do not want to know what it is but make sure your password is not longer then 16 characters I know the 360 consoles including the emulator do not like passwords longer then 16 characters. If it is longer then 16 characters you will want to change it
