COD CW ISSUE

You can troubleshoot the issue by following the steps below. If the issue persists, you can request an refund for the charge.

Troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Step 4: Check your internet connection:

In case the issue still persists, please try connecting to a different network, or perhaps using a hotspot momentarily to see if the subscription works and then connecting to your home network once more.

No i havent every other game works its only cw that has this issue

I have same issue. Every digital game will not get past the loading screen before sending me back to the homepage. Disk games work fine. Tryed everything on the xbox assist even a reset and reinstall of games still not got them working. Games include COD CW, BF5 amd RL

There is no known time when a Gamertag can be recycled. It can be done at any time. Also, be aware of the fact that your desired Gamertag may already be in use, but with differences in the tag. For example, CW ROZAY would be the same as cw rozay, or Cw RoZaY,
and so on. I think it's the same with spaces too, whether there is or isn't one makes the GT the same.
