COD CONSOLE CODE dont work

enough saying sorry Microsoft give us our game.

simple your cheap to give it as a code to download and even cheaper for stopping us playing the game

sort it out and sorry is not good enough we want compo now

its bad enough you let the people who brought as a download wait you make us who paid £400 wait even longer

i would not mind but sort out your full game download price as well

you charge £55 for a download when its £47 new in shop and you can sell it on when you get bored

why charge people more or same price for download when you dont have packaging or even a disc to make its a con they can not sell it on after there done with it. i think it should be cheaper to download.

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at http://billing.microsoft.com and also check http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be
sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

 

I'm sorry the codes are not working at the moment. I'm having the same issue but some things can't be helped. It will be resolved very soon. Why not try another game like Chariot or Volgarr the Viking while you wait. They are both free and very fun.

 

This is pathetic, I bought the day zero edition digitally on the 360 and still have yet to receive my xbox one copy yet. I heard the PS3 to PS4 transfer plan works fine and you could even buy the next gen version of day zero and receive the ps3 copy for
free. Microsoft dropped the ball on this one.

Just trying to help you mate, I'm having the same issue that I cannot play COD:AW on the Xbox One. You just have to be patient. You learn these things after a long time of gaming.
