COD Cold War says partially installed

    COD Cold War says partially installed


    COD keeps warning me that I haven't played a part of the game and asks if I want to delete it. I hit no but I think the last time I hit yes on accident.

    Now it says that my multiplayer is partially installed and when I click install it says installing in the corner but nothing changes. When I try and play multiplayer it won't play online. Only local. Pressing x to play online says I am online but I still can't.

    I was able to play zombies online.

    When I went to the console settings and tested online play it said my controller needed a firmware update. I did that but still no change.

    COD Cold War says partially installed

    I was able to get the multiplayer reinstalled through the console interface. It was not working in the game interface.

    It’s not an internet connection issue. Other games and updates install just fine. I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall COD: Black Ops Cold War from my library and it says it is corrupt.

    You might want to try a power cycle for the console, as well as removing and re-adding your profile. If you are still not granted access to the multiplayer or zombies mode, you can try to clear the local save for the game, please see: Troubleshoot game issues on Xbox | Xbox Support

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
