    I bought call of duty cold war ultimate edition, and for the last week it doesnt work. It says that the game is not owned (i played the game since launch with 0 problems), and i cant move past main menu. I tried reinstalling (twice), reseting xbox, and nothing has helped. FIX THIS SH** RIGHT NOW, i didnt work hard for that game only to be unable to play after a long day. Plus, there is no other way to report this problem directly from xbox?are you kidding? I wrote this entire fckin paragraph with my CONTROLLER! No wonder that people are jumping over to sony. P:S: Sorry, but i am really angry rn

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Thanks Ron, I did what you had mentioned and when I did so (after ro checked if it was completed) it now says i nee do purchase the game. Though, it says i have the purchase completed

    Using your console, please go to the

    store>find the game>go to choose edition>manage>and reinstall all the content packs. After that, try launching the game and see if it works.
