    CoD Cold War doesn't start on Xbox Series X


    hello, i was about to play Cold War Zombies but when i started Cold War it just bring me back to the home screen. I don't see the loading screen only a black screen and after a few seconds im back at the home menu. I bought Cold War digital and till yesterday i was able to play it. Can someone PLEEEAASE help me. I just deinstalled it and installed it again but it didn't worked. And of course I restarted the console a few times. Thanks for everyone who wants to help me and sorry for my english I'm from germany.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    I have the same problem. I try to launch my game and i see only a black screen and then takes me back home to the main screen and it only does that with call of duty games because I can play with all the other games just fine .
