    CoD Cold War crashing everytime its played


    anyone else having an issue with the game still? i cant play a match without getting kicked and it completely closing the game. its not shutting the xbox itself off anymore but i cant play the game at all, i have had the same issue with red dead aswell.
    yes i have the correct one downloaded. yes i have re downloaded the game multiple times.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Did it crash on other games or just Cold War? I’ve played Cyberpunk on my Series X and other games just zero multiplayer. Decided to jump back into COD and this started happening. That’s why I thought it was the game possibly but I’ll call support and see what they say. Thank you for your reply.

    I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday
