    COD Cold War Crashing Back To Home screen


    Hi all i had the issue with cold war crashing back to home screen. ,I resolved it by uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it again, but selecting the X/S version this so far has cured my issue, I know its apain in the butt, but at least I can now play it, one word of warning thoug, it seems to have installed the normal one too, as I have 2 tilees on my home screen, one works the other does what it used todo, crash back to home screen. On another note, anyone know how to remove atile from home screen? I cant for one minuet believe, you add but cant remove, that would be just stupid surely?

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Modern Warfare 2 Freezing my Series X

    Did it crash on other games or just Cold War? I’ve played Cyberpunk on my Series X and other games just zero multiplayer. Decided to jump back into COD and this started happening. That’s why I thought it was the game possibly but I’ll call support and see what they say. Thank you for your reply.
