    COD Cold War crashed and shut off Xbox Series X


    I purchased the COD Cold War Cross-Generation version from Best Buy, downloaded, and installed it on my Xbox Series X (internal drive). I played multi-player game three times. The screen froze. The system crashed and shut off itself after 5 mins. The
    controller is reset and need to re-connect.

    I've played other games on my Xbox Series X. They don't have this issue.

    I have the same problem on my series x cod cold war and assassins creed valhalla both shut the xbox down its very frustating also im noticing achievements not poping no resume game working

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Not necessarily fifa 21 xbox one version crashes and turns mine off so does fortnite

    Cold war freezing

    Anyone's xbox series x freeze up playing cold war zombies? Mine only freezes us playing zombies campaign fine, MP fine but zombies up in the later rounds my xbox shuts off and I have to turn it back on. I have 120fps/hz on no ray tracing on. So
    is this an xbox problem or a Activision problem cause I'm very disappointed and getting ready to send my series x back.
