COD Cold War can not download content packs

Discus and support COD Cold War can not download content packs in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Purchased the digital standard version pre release, now the game will not play.     COD Cold War can not download content packs


    Purchased the digital standard version pre release, now the game will not play. Keep getting the trial has ended error message.

    I have been searching for weeks for resolution with no luck. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the content packs never

    appear for me to download or install. How can I resolve this issue?

    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
