yes that is the matter at hand. and i am unhappy with how the lied to us all day about this matter. I am going as far as to demand a season pass for the mess they put us through.

Same problem here. Lied to in the advertising, lied to by MS all day...not a good way to generate good feelings, xbox! I would also like a free season pass for my troubles. Took the day off work to play on day zero and got zero games played. Stay classy.

 

I agree with just about everything on this thread, this has been a HUGE disappointment! We have invested the most into this franchise and even held out patiently for this special edition console. Microsoft and Activision absolutely owe every last one of
us a real explanation and reasonable compensation for the time/money wasted, and aggravation that has been caused to their CUSTOMERS!

All of us looked forward to this day only to have it be a complete let down... I hope they do the right thing and help make this right.

 

New to XBOX One and Pre-loaded games. I had thought that the game was already on the box but you still need to enter that code to get it?

I honestly don't see how they can simply ignore the fact that so many people purchased the pre-order bundled version for the benefit of having the Day Zero edition and getting to play a day early WITH DOUBLE XP. We lost out on a great opportunity to build
our experience with the game and it is very disappointing that it happened. I would hope they will do the right thing and offer some sort of compensation because you won't get this many people to just forget about it and move on. We all will want something
for false advertising and code problems.

 

Started this morning as well for me

 

I tried code like 30 times yesterday (Nov. 3)...never worked...tried it at midnight this morning (Nov. 4th), worked on first try...

 

I'm honestly more upset that the HDD only has 780GB instead of 1 terabyte though...

 

Mine took 11 hours to down load. If I knew was going to take so long, I would have went to work.

 

Microsoft and Activision will now extend the dbl xp and or make it another weekend to compensate US customers who have not received our complete purchase. What really makes me so dam annoyed, upset, mad, agitated, FRUSTRATED, and very, very, very irritated
!!! THAT THE GAMERS WHO HAVE BEEN ON SINCE DAY WILL GET TO ALSO GET MORE TIME PLAYING WHILE GAINING DOUBLE XP!!!! All the other gamers who have been earlier than the release date(DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THIS GROUP) will also gain from our deserving requests
of COMPENSATION!!!!
