COD Bops3 0x87e00064 on install

Discus and support COD Bops3 0x87e00064 on install in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I know this same disc installed fine on another xbox one, but on my dads it keeps giving this error.     I know this same disc installed fine on another xbox one, but on my dads it keeps giving this error. What is the issue? Other things work, and again this disc runs on some other XBox one console. Is it his disc drive? The harddrive? We cannot get
    call of duty black ops 3 to install and I think we might have to have the system returned ?!

    Error code 0x87e00064 game installation stopped !!!! HELP

    please help, recently changed to Xbox one s and cannot install GTA v, starts downloading and stopped half way through, error code 0x87e00064

    I have successfully installed OSUDT2.

    Then i try to install Forza 6.

    COD Advanced Warfare install keeps stopping at 4%

    Each time the install stops, I get this message:

    Your disk might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it or choosing a different disk (0x87e00064)

    As I stated in my previous post, I bought the disk today and have checked the disk for any scuffs and scratches and have not found any.
