    my black ops 3 is currently not working. I've tried restarting my xbox and it's still not working. It keeps saying to complete your installation , first cancel it then try installing it again but i have no installation to cancel. I dont kniw what to do please
    help

    Kinect- mic not working when multiple ppl logged in

    truing to play COD BO3 with our neighbors, multiplayer, split screen. when 2 of us are logged in and try to join their party, chat stops working. Kinect issue ? BO3 issue? Fixes??? Thanks!!

    Hello. If Black Ops III was a digital purchase try uninstalling then re-downloading as the post below also suggests. If you run the game with a disc, will have to replace the disc.
