COD BO2 Won't Lauch

COD BO 2 has been downloaded onto my Xbox One and is ready to play, but it will not go beyond the pop up screen. It sits there for a few seconds then just brings me back to my home dashboard.

forza 7 won't start

hello,

i bought forza 7 and he won't start, demo version work well.

I tested many tips on web but nothing work.

when a lauch game a window forza 7 lauch a few secondes and close.

how can you help me?

CoD BO2 Chat

I want to play the chat through my headset and the tv for others to hear. When I go to preferences>voice I checked the box for play through both speakers and headset and I turned the voice volume all the way up and the game volume all the way down and it still isn't playing through the speakers. I also tried playing the chat only through the speakers and there was no chat to be heard at all. Does anyone know how to turn the volume up for black ops 2 or is there something wrong that I can troubleshoot?

I'm sorry to see any issues with playing Black Ops 2! If you haven't already, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If that doesn't work, then we'll want to clear our your Xbox 360 storage on the Xbox One. You can do that by going to Settings
> All settings > System > Storage > Clear Xbox 360 storage. This will restart the console, and you will need to sign back in to the 360 emulator after doing this. Let me know if this helps out! We'll want to dig into other steps after this.

FYI - We do have a sneaky
Backward Compatibility forum for these types of issues, but this is just for future reference.

I'm sorry to see this, John! Does it launch under other accounts on the console, or is only your account?

Outside of that, is the game installed on an external hard drive or the internal? If it's an external, try installing/moving the game onto the internal and see if that helps.

Let me know how it goes! We can dig further if that doesn't help.

So like COD 4 then.........BO2.....BO2 its hardly the pinnacle of COD, when did they start playing COD 2 years ago?

I will buy Halo 4 and rent BO2. If BO2 is really good I will consider buying it but I have not bought a COD game since WAW. That was the last COD I truly enjoyed.
