    COD BO2 Season Pass Issue


    Hey so I've purchased the COD BO2 season pass on the microsoft store as it was on sale, but when I open the game, it still says that I don't have access to the DLCs. Opening them just ask for a payment option. Is there anything I'm doing wrong here? I've already tried install and reinstalling both the game and season pass, trying to add a payment option (which doesn't work either) and opened and closed the game several times.

    Titanfall won't have micro-transactions says developer

    DLC is a good thing, however it shouldn't then make a two tier playing experience, making people with money more powerfull or better equipment.

    Also being greedy publishers is another issue, COD BO2 has a season pass and then had separate micro payments for camos's that really annoyed me, and I am not buying the season partly pass because of it. (thinking about it COD ghost has the same issue with
    the season pass and wolf upgrade)

    Hey CFVY, sorry you're having trouble with your Season Pass. I understand how annoying this can be. It sounds like the account is not fully synced with the purchase you made.

    First, go to your account Order History (account.microsoft.com) in a web browser, and make sure there was no problems with the transaction after processing.

    Are you on PC or console?

    Since reinstalling didn't work, try removing your account from the PC/console, then re-adding the account. Just make sure your cloud saves are backed up first.

    If you're on PC, try making a new user account (local) and launching the game from there.

    Hey there Wolf,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your map packs.

    Just to clarify:

    • Is it each individual map pack that is not showing as purchased?
    • Is it the seasons pass that shows not purchased?

    Have you tried downloading the map packs from the in-game menu rather than from the marketplace?

    Also, I see you as a level zero ambassador. Are you not seeing your forum badge?

    Please let us know and we'll work from there.
