Discus and support COD BO2 HELP in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; just to clarify but if players dont have gold can they play with bots and do splitscreen??     just to clarify but if players dont have gold can they play with bots and do splitscreen?? I havent gotten the game but i had the same problem with Halo 5?

    I want to play the chat through my headset and the tv for others to hear. When I go to preferences>voice I checked the box for play through both speakers and headset and I turned the voice volume all the way up and the game volume all the way down and it still isn't playing through the speakers. I also tried playing the chat only through the speakers and there was no chat to be heard at all. Does anyone know how to turn the volume up for black ops 2 or is there something wrong that I can troubleshoot?

    I'm sorry but no. To Access that part of the game you need to enter the Multiplayer menú. As soon as you do that you will be verified for Gold Suscription and then taken to the suscription window or back to previous menu.

    In other games too. After router restart no change. When he join to me result is the same ,,Notice - the game session is no longer available´´ ..One friend join to me and I to him. But second friend can´t join, I too. Advise me. thx.

    HI there,

    Any chance of some more information? Do you have trouble joining him in other games? What happens if he joins you? You could try turning your router off and on again to see if that is a quick fix, otherwise more information is needed.

    G'day Ondras! Let's have you and your friend both run Connection Tests in your consoles' network settings.

    One or both of you might have a NAT Warning appear. If that's the case, whomever gets that warning should open their NAT type with

    the steps in this handy guide    . Once that's done the two of you should be able to connect to games and parties together without issue.

    Can you let us know how that goes? If you're still unable to join each other's sessions, we can try something else.
