cod bo2 dlcs not working

I have bought the cod bo2 season pass and i'm trying to download the map packs to play the dlc maps but it keeps saying "premium content is blocked for this profile" even though I have my profile set to have no restrictions, if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Season pass only includes 4 maps, Nuketown zombies and a calling card, any other content will need to be downloaded separately, you will only see on the add on list the purchased content

I have tried this, while the base game and season pass is there none of the other dlc map packs are showing up

it is saying on the in-game store after clicking the confirm purchase is says premium content blocked for this profile to change your privacy and online settings, go to settings, privacy but the settings arent the same so it wont work

The ones included in the season pass are the ones are that it won’t let us download.

You have to purchase the maps not included on the Season pass separately and the ones included should be downloaded as I mentioned before, to purchase the ones you don't own yet, you need to do it trough the Xbox store outside the game
