COD BO2 - account isn't allowed to play Xbox live

Hello,

I bought xbox live, to play call of duty black ops 2 zombies split screen with my friend. But when I try connect to the servers I get an error message witch says that I'm not allowed to play online. I tried delete and redowlonad my account, but it didn't
help. I also tried delete cache on xbox, still the same.. I don't know what to do. Other games runs just fine.

Console: xbox one s

Game: call of duty black ops 2

their are bugs going on they are fixing things right now but to keep up to date vist xbox support it would help out a lot you would know all the issuies going on.

Hi,

So, looking around and reading about others who have had this problem, there are a few solutions I found.

1) delete your profile from the 360 dashboard on Xbox One & download it again.

2) make sure you have Xbox Live Gold, Black Ops 2 requires this to allow you to play online with others

3) clear your cache by doing a power cycle, find out how here.

The only games which I have on Xbox 1 that has zombies are Minecraft and COD AW. I like-like and love playing zombies on COD BO2 on Xbox 360. I play that game everyday. My favourite map is Buried but have all the DLC map packs. In COD AW, you're zombies
have guns and it isn't the same as COD BO2 zombies.
