Gettin scammed here for sure, they blatantly are telling me to buy a second copy when they knowingly understand that they are lying straight to my face when saying they cancelled the charge. My bank still charged me $59.99. Where did my game go? Where
did my money go? **** HAPPENED BRO? Im just confused as to where my game went, honestly concerned with the fact that yall can just do this to people. Unhappy with Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War and all of Xbox right now. But what do I matter Im just another
guy on the internet. Literally this service makes me wanna end my life, after this i feel like Im done with gaming. **** so toxic and undeserving of my time.

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

Depends if you like WWII (CoD 2, 3, World at War), Cold War era (Black Ops), or modern shooters (MW1-3).

COD Vietnam....there is a possibility but remember that Black Ops cover most of the Vietnam War (even if the setting is the Cold War btw) so I don't think that Treyarch will
do another "Black Ops" 1960's related game, they will making COD with futuristic settings.

What version of the game do you own and how are you trying to upgrade it?

My understanding is that you need to purchase the upgrade directly via the store on the Series X.
