    Ok so here is the thing, I bought the XBOX ONE COD AW special edition, all happy I was to get home until I had to install this game from the digital copy, holy crap... it takes forever!!! I had it on for a while and the only thing it managed to do was
    to stop at 7%, I checked a bit around the internet to see that it was a known issue, so I did the whole factory reset, power cycle, [insert idea here] then I am trying to reinstall the bloody thingamajig; guess what ? I am still on 2% what a *** show...
    I'm on the edge of switching to PS4 as I can't handle this Microsoft BS anymore...

    Wondering if you guys could help me. I have no problem downloading the game but when I go back online I have to do a game update which doesn't work. It queues itself multiple times and never starts updating. How do i fix that?

    Your supposed to press the button with 3 lines where the game is if it says queued then press install

    All my games are queued and some say updating and some say installing but after awile they all jus stop. Been doing this for 3days now. Im sick

    I have the same problem, but the account I had it installed on I accidentally deleted it off my Xbox One. I had bought the Limited Edition COD AW.

    Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

    I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

    Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

    Wish someone could help here - very much appreciated :)

    Xbox one games will not install, even when offline.

    I'm having the same problem but there are several queued installations started due to trying to figure everything out. How do I get rid of them all? I've tried doing the above steps and it only deleted one queued installation. Ideas? I'm getting super frustrated...

    Not able to install games on 2TB external hard drive

    I have recently seen this problem myself and worked around it by completely uninstalling a respective game from the XBOX and tried re-installing at a later time which worked without problems. I have also seen that when there are several downloads queued
    up - if one stops during install the others frequently stop as well. I have chalked this problem off to outside network problems (be it the isp and/or the game download servers) and am not queuing up more than one large game at a time for download.
