Cod: AW won't install. Download keeps reverting back to 27%.

@Onyx62is This shouldn't have anything to do with speed and the amount of people signing on. While the initial thought of this may be something to look at, the fact that most people are either stuck at a specific point (namely 7%), or get further just to
revert back to a lower percentage indicates this is not a 'speed' issue. The fact we are all using different ISP's, live in different time zones, but all have the same issue at a specific point and can be repeated multiple times at the same point of failure
eliminates 'speed' issues.

Even if it was a speed issue, the fact that MS allowed for pre-loading days in advance and the knowledge that this game would be a priority for everyone the minutes it came out would have urged them to plan for the bandwidth strain ahead of time.

The fact that Live Support has no better answer for the past three days other than 'delete and reload', or "We are looking for a fix ASAP" suggests they have already ruled out server strain issues.

Sorry to hear you guys are still having issues trying to download the game. Please be aware that the speed issue may be due to how many people are trying to download it at the same time. Even Playstation users are having the same issue with this.

In the exact same boat as you. Get stuck at 14% , then it'll jump back to 7%. Other times , I might need to pause it , to use internet for something else. Whoops , wouldn't you know you can't pause this game. If so you lose your whole download right
back to 0%. I'm about to call microsoft, i'm tired of this. It's the game, not my internet speed/service/etc etc etc.... I haven't had NO problem downloading and playing ANY other game on XboxOne. I hope MS has a fix, or a disc version. About to make the
call now ! I've been trying since Nov. 1st .

Unfortunately, while this *may* have helped some, there are still plenty of us who are stuck at 7%. I purchased and attempted to install my AW on Day 1. It is now day 3, and I can still not play. Last I checked it was at 14% (after previously reverting
back to 7% on a few occasions).

Wish MS/Live was more upfront with details and progress other than saying "We acknowledge the issue and are working on a fix." or "Please check back in 30 minutes". Um', I've been checking for three days and still am staring at a $449 paper weight right
now.
