CoD AW & Microsoft Are disappointing

So here sits this awesome Xbox One machine that can do all this high tech fancy stuff...... besides play a video game. Digitally download your games and never stand in a line again, unless the download has taken you almost 12 hours to do. Microsoft this
is highly highly unacceptable. Everyone having these issues has paid for a product that they now cannot use. Oh and not to mention all the perks of getting the CoD AW Day Zero edition, which had some Double XP time, that I won't get back with the last 12 hours
i've spent attempting to download this dang game from your store. This is purely horrible customer service and we the gamers who have supported your company and consoles, deserve more than this. Without us, there is no video game platform for you all to fill
your pockets off of. What is being done to fix this, what is being done to prevent it in the future? Im so *** mad I can hardly collect my thoughts and put into words what i want to actually say. Sorry to say but, this is my last straw with Microsoft, next
hiccup that I pay to experience with the Xbox, I'm taking my console and selling it and going to Sony. Please, for the sake of your still loyal customers, please listen to the consumer and fix the issues.

Why is this coz its realy annoying !

Why when i write a post my GT & games i have played show the last 4 games i played are still the xbox 360 games i plaued ages ago & not Forza or CoD AW, games im playing on my XB!...?

I have yet to be overly disappointed in any COD as of yet. I enjoyed Ghosts, both MP and campaign. So....... AW will be downloaded today.

I am very disappointed that I can't get the early access that you said you would give us Microsoft.. Myself and others expect something in return for our loss.
