you bring out a new update that makes things 10 times worse !!!!

It was bad enough with glitches on every map now we can't even get into a game since latest update now puts you in spectator mode and when you try to leave it locks the xbox up.

COMPLETE *** UP !!!!!!

3 years in the making my *** .......... 10 mins and the janitor did it , absolutely disgraceful attempt of a game, thoroughly dissapointed COD fan . Played every single COD from day 1 and this is by far the worst. NOT a Happy bunny !!!!!!!!

 

Hey there, kurt! I'm sincerely sorry to see that you are running into issues with Advanced Warfare after the most recent update! I believe that I have some troubleshooting steps for you that may alleviate this problem with spectating.

• Remove any camo gear you have from your character.
• Ensure you are using a weapon that came with the game and not one that you might have picked up or found in a loot box.
  

Attempt these and let me know if you are still having issues in spectator mode! We'll look into it further if you continue to run into this after trying those out.

 

I and many others can only play exo survival nothing else works , ive tried what you say and it still does

not work.

 

I'm also having trouble with it on my 360. I did the latest update yesterday and now, no matter what gun I use, camo I use, game mode I'm in, it freezes the Xbox. This is some real horse sh-t! I haven't been able to complete a match online since the update!
Microsoft FIX THIS CRAP! No way I paid 70 bucks to have a game that doesn't work. If it can't be fixed I will happily accept a refund and discontinue playing COD. I've played it so cd day one. So this is very upsetting!

 

guys, i have the same problem, but freezing xbox is one thing, and logging out is a second, every time i start CoD AW - im logged out. then i logg in, start the game - logged out, then start eg domination and then everything stops. have u got similar? and
do u suggest its a problem of latest update? to be honest, i hope so (anyway)

 

The new patch for Call of Duty Advance Warfare are affecting those users on the Xbox 360 and PS3, where the game will freeze upon selecting a class, or won’t let you spawn in online mode.

Possible fix: Try delete all of your classes and use only default classes (basic weaponry).
