CoD:AW hung at title screen

Discus and support CoD:AW hung at title screen in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was playing CoD:AW when it said it had an update.     CoD:AW hung at title screen


    I was playing CoD:AW when it said it had an update. I let it update, but now when I try to play, it hangs at the title screen.

    Any suggestions?

    What is the final Xbox 360 Title you will buy?

    Already have: cod aw. Since cod and halo haved to the xb1 and no more titles on the 360 interest the 360 era is closing.

    Black screen when I launch downloaded version?

    Still happening! Fully downloaded, shows COD AW logo when I launch, then locks up with a black screen! grrrrr!

    CoD:AW hung at title screen

    UPDATE: Evidently it's all my games. None will go past initial logo screens. Assassin's Creed Unity says it's checking for addition content & loading, but it never gets past that screen.

    I'm hoping someone will have an answer. I've restarted the Xbox twice. Nothing changes. I guess I could always go nuclear and wipe the whole thing and start over, but I'd rather not.

    Any help is appreciated.

    UPDATE 2: Fixed, I guess.

    Restarting the Xbox was not fixing the issue, so I shut it down and unplugged it. After waiting a few seconds, I plugged it back in. Now everything is back to normal.

    Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

    I'm currently having this issue now. I will press start on Halo: MCC and then will just leave me looking at the background. I put in NBA 2K15 and same thing happens. I'm hoping unplugging everything works!
