    Keep in mind Bungie (Destiny) did this flawlessly even at the beta stages, so it can be done. Activision published Destiny too, so is it Microsoft? Activision? or Sledgehammer? My guess is Micro$oft. And I was just told I would not get an immediate credit
    to just download the XB1 version that I am entitled to because "it is Activision's promotion not MS" This is BS because MICROSOFT HAS MY MONEY from the digital purchase so they would be, in essence, giving me something I already bought at NO COST TO THEM.
    Very upset. 8+ years on XBL and thousands of $$ spent and MS couldn't care less about me, the individual customer.

    I concur, I would like to try my "next gen" copy and considering atrocious download times on Xbox One in which every game is a mandatory install, I think we would all be a bit more patient if that wasn't the case.

    i only got this game digitally so my kids can play it on 360 and i could play on xbox one and now i can't get my game if i would have known i would never have bought cod

    Try this. Once the game is downloaded onto your 360. Get on it for about an hour or two, you know, just so the servers would know that you own the 360 version (with the xbox one upgrade). Then check on the same game on your xbox one and the price should
    switch from $60 (not sure if it's SRP) to free. Hope that works for you
