COD: AW digital upgrade

so I downloaded the game on 360 and it said I can get free upgrade to xb1 version too, yet on xb1 store it shows up as £54.99 and as Unavailable. Please can someone address this issue, tried Activision Support on Twitter but my messages are being ignored,
sent 4 hours ago yet they're answering easy queries. Not a happy xbox user at the minute.

Not sure if the upgrade is working but I know 2 friends of mine who said today they still had problems installing/updating the game so it's not running smoothly yet so probably best to hold off until others can confirm either way.

I have the same issue i bought it digitally but i cant find the option to upgrade it for my xbox one

 

Hi Wadey.

Make absolutely certain you are using the same account on the One that you used to buy the game on 360.

After that, if it is still nor appearing, power cycle your Xbox One and see if that resolves the issue.

I'm having the same issue, I just bought COD AW digitally for the xbox 360 and was expecting to be able to upgrade to the one on it's marketplace, however, it says unavailable as well.

I'm also having this same issue. Also couldn't even get my 360 edition to download after purchasing

 

i talked to someone through xbox they said it takes 24 hours for it to reflect on your account, unfortunately we have to wait

 

xbox called me back and told me that Activision had not released the license for the digital upgrade yet so apparently we're getting conflicting stories from Microsoft. so maybe they don't even know what's going on

 

all these things are not going to fix the issue, the problem is the digital store and their lack of quality control 2 out of 3 games i download did not give me item that i purchased, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times today and power cycle more
than 8 times nothing worked. once again the blame game, i could give a rats *** what the issue is, if you have customers paying almost 100 bucks for a game they should've had all this planned out. sorry to say this is not a next gen console, they did not learn
nothing from the xbox one launch, titanfall, battlefield 4 premium and now this game. this whole system is broken and those who work for it are just as guilty.

they take the money in a blink of an eye then when problem arise you have to wait for a indefinite time frame to have this issue fixed. its 2014 and they still can't get things right i don't own a business but i sure know quality testing would be my top
priority something that these 2 companies lack and don't care about.

 

I still can't download my copy. It worked fine with Destiny but for a billion dollar franchise not to not have this available or answer is inexcusable. I just wanted an answer I'll check tomorrow but otherwise I want Xbox one version

 

I'm not sure if I was told the whole story but here it goes, "the Day Zero Edition only is covered for one console and therefore it doesn't include the free download, with that being said you will or should depending on your place in line on the download
queue, be able to down load the game at 12:01pst 3:01est" if I would have known that I would have planned a little better and I feel Activision and Microsoft could have done a lot better job with relaying this information along with detailed instruction on
how the process should be taken care of. For example there is no need to preorder from GameStop, when you can just buy it from them for the same price. (The code from GameStop states at the bottom that it is for currency only just a FYI, and does not guarantee
you a code for a game, just Microsoft points.) Always read your receipt, I will from now on. He was saying that I'll get the download just not a day early. and that it would be later this morning.

 

I purchased the digital pro edition on xbox one only. I have had it sitting waiting to download for the last few weeks. Last night about 10pm it changed from preorder ot que. at about 3am it was at 25%. I went to bed figuring that maybe it would be finished
for me to play before I headed to work... nope 23% ???. foolishly followed the advice here in the "support" forums to delete and clear persistant memory then hold power button. reset my router and modem (just to be 100% sure). went to work. got back 9 hours
later.... 32% then error.. it then restarted.. 3 hours now later I am at 15%. 2 hour wait to get through tech support. I just want the *** money put back on my card.. and a refund for my xbox one.. so that I can pick up a playstation like I should have done.

This is pathetic, I bought the day zero edition digitally on the 360 and still have yet to receive my xbox one copy. I heard the PS3 to PS4 transfer plan works fine and you could even buy the next gen version of day zero and receive the ps3 copy for free.
Microsoft dropped the ball on this one.
