Cod AW digital freeze buzz

My single player is constantly freezing on cut scene before "Sentinel." I've tried power cycling and nothing has worked I really don't want to reinstall for the third time.

At least you guys can play something. I freeze at the opening video when the game first starts. I play other games on my XB1 so it cant be the system. Any help would be great.

first off, just wanted to thank Slipperman for his tutorial!! very detailed and helpful!

unfortunately, in my case, it did not work. tried it twice (installed the game 6 times total) but it would always freeze as soon as the intro to the game started.

so I called xbox support and explained my issues, and said I wanted my money back. they kindly refunded me money (since I bought the game through xbox live). I already bought a hardcopy of the game, and have been enjoying since (it is a great game!!!)

Since the new update this morning (or maybe it happened during the night) my Xbox 360 freezes everytime I try and play cod aw multiplayer.. it takes me into the game but it shows me spectating (spelling) and when I push start and click on change weapon
loadout it freezes!

 

Turning off my console and unplugging everything from the back and leaving it for 5 minutes seems to have fixed it for me. Time will tell, but atleast I'm able to get in a match now.

First I was experiencing the issue with split screening not even being able to load a match. Then it started doing it playing by myself. Couldn't get online at all.

But turning the console off, unplugging everything for 5 minutes and trying again got me into an online game. I'll let you guys know if anything changes.

 

Update:

I'm able to get into a game now but the game still freezes on the countdown clock every other game at the very beginning of the match. I play one game and the next freezes

 

It's probably a bad sector of memory. Check your optical drive, too, mine was bad as well. When I had this issue, I factory reset my Xbox one, downloaded a few gigs of free games, then downloaded cod:aw. Thus bypasses the bad sector.

 

I own the digital copy and whenever i try to get on multiplayer the screen freezes for about five minutes and then it kicks me off back to the xbox dash.

 

like im super frustrated with this *** freezing and signing me out (360), i should have bought destiny.
