@MissDiggz that is not an official solution. Unflag this as answered. It's not. Clearly they're are 3 other pages AFTER your "answer" with complaints still. 5 reinstalls now total from earlier post. Nothing fixes or helps. Even swapped my console for a brand
new one since it was brand new as well. (I've owned PS4 since release, this is my first game purchase on brand new console, not a lot to show for, no day zero playing early, no double xp cause it just freezes, and single player refuses to work past Aftermath.)
To much time wasted. I would much rather use this money for a different upcoming title, preferably back on my PS. Let me know the steps to get my money back. Thanks

I tried restarting from a previous checkpoint and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks again for the help.

Game keeps glitching while playing local. It glitches/freezes every 5-6 seconds and getting annoying. Seems to be affecting a ton of people and all seem to keep getting the same response to troubleshoot by disconnecting cords, re-installing, re-botting blah
blah blah. We are in 2015 and these are all 1980's solutions. Stop tap dancing and either fix it or reimburse everyone. Act like a multi-million company and fix it, no more generic courses of action that lead nowhere.

 

Here's an update: I've been checking the forums on Activision's site as well. Apparently somebody called Xbox Support directly again, and they had a little more information to give. According to them, they've been working with Sledgehammer constantly since
launch, and should be releasing a patch to fix the problem today or tomorrow. We'll see if that claim holds water soon enough.

I bought the retail game version, I waited forever and finally got the game installed 100%. However, the game will not let me log in and play online using my Xbox Live account. Furthermore, It will not save any of my campaign progress if I log in under my
Xbox Live tag. It freezes at the "reading saving device" screen and will not work. I expect a full refund if this issue isn't fixed by day's end. Nothing like wasting good money on a Xbox Live account and not even being able to play online or even the single
player campaign. I've un-installed the game twice and had to reinstall over and over again....still won't work. Fix this please!!!!!!!

 

Waited almost a year, since Xbox One release date, to get a Xbox One. So I buy the Xbox One COD Advance Warfare Bundle, and can only play campaign to Aftermath then game freezes and go back to home screen, go online and that freezes and crashes, so have
a new system and can't play it. Glad I kept my Xbox 360. Hope we can get a patch soon, for COD Advance Warfare.

 

is the patch out yet? does anyone know if it fixes the issues of freezing??

if it doesn't fix, I'm calling for a refund

 

Mine is fixed today haven't had a problem in multiplayer on any map, and as for the campaign it's also running smoothly so far. Good luck to everyone else out there took them a week to fix mine.

 

hey ALR Dethrone, what kind of issues were you having before the patch? were you able to play the game at all before? and what about multiplayer matches?

 

I had freezing right as the aftermath mission in campaign started and in multiplayer on the maps Solar, Terrace, and Detroit it would freeze a few seconds into the game play and kick me back to dashboard

Still not working. Single player

 

This is what has been suggested before. No reason it should have worked this time.... really frustrating.

 

Yep still having the same problem, tried the power cycle and uninstalling and reinstalling. Still crashes for me.
