COD AW digital copy upgrade. Keep both? Play both?

found some infor on another forum, sounds like if you pre-order through gamestop you should be able to download tonight at around 11:00pst

Now if i can just figure out what the Size of the digital download will be i still have the old HDD of 20gb and a 32gb flash drive and i just don't know if i will have enough space (one is listed at 45GB)

 

Yup I purchased the 360 version yesterday afternoon after I saw that Gamestop will release the code at around 12am, when Microsoft should also have the game up for download. Yayyyyyyy. I plan to do laundry at around 9pm and be home by 11pm and you guys know
the rest. Check email get my code, begin down load, shower, coffee, and GET MY GAME ON!!!!!

 

UGH... Activision 1800 support is closed so no way im getting a file size from them today. tried to hit them up via twitter but i'm guessing that's the same. called Microsoft and they have no details on the file size (the girls i talked to said between
8 and 10gb but finally got her to admit that this was a guess). also contacted Gamestop who had no info on the file size but alteast provided me the contact information for Activision and Microsoft.

Anyone out there who happens to know this info - or what the return policy is for a digital download game from gamestop is? (want to pre-order but don't want to get stuck with a game that's to big to play)

 

Gamestop code is just MS money not a game code. They will give you the money code to put on your account at the time they say but Xbox has not given anyone a time or date when the 360 digital version of the game will be available.

 

Wow i cant believe this what a smack in the face to loyal 360 users you cant pre order day zero digital edition on 360 the microsoft store or marketplace doesent offer it lol but yet sony offers it on both systems so why punish 360 users dont you want my
money the clocks ticking and only one hour to go! i hope that at midnight you guys come to your senses and i can purchase it digitally tonight this is the second worst thing you could do to your loyal customers the first was taking halo 2 from us ! sincerly

Well i waited till 12:40am so i got a ride to walmart which was 20 miles hoping to get a hardcopy of day zero because i couldnt get an honest answer from xbox,activision, or sledgehammer instead a big bs runaround but any way i get back aroun 3am and what
you think i check the store from the dash board and sonofabrooklynbridge the digital was available wtf why would you go out of your way to cause stress to a customer why not just give an honest straight answer ! im 49 yrs old disabled you people have no shame
the worst cod experience i ever had and i own every one all dlc but this is just awful i dont knowhy or cause of that promotion buy last gen digital get next gen digital free well ya shouldve never offered that promo then what now false advertising too wow

The 360 download is 7.40 GB. Still haven't figured out how to download the One version yet though, but it's 46 GB.

 

Well Jen, me too. Tried last night but could not hack it past 1am. I literally fell asleep in my chair while on the 360 in COD AS PRIVATE practice matches with bots. . I then went on the one when I awoke and could not do any such digital transfer. SERIOUSLY
this has not been a smooth no hassle, no lines purchase of digital content. It has become the most stressful and frustrating RELEASE OF A GAME!!!!!

 

Go to the games section on xbox one dash and click on it it should say free when you click on it or go to xbox store and do same it downloaded fine took a little bit tho
