Anyone else had the problem of cod aw crashing and then it restarts the xbox one and returns to dashboard

yes i have that same problem have u found a fix by any chance?

 

I know, me too....and no not yet. don't even bother re-installing it I've tried it twice and it still freezes at the same spot on the campaign and randomly in multilayer

 

too late ive already tried re-installing twice with no luck im getting tired of this it was my first digital pre-order and i feel it might be my last

 

I have like 5 games download digitally this is my first issue ever with it. not surprising seeing how There's been a lot of problems so far PS4 and on xbox one....Bot on Disk and digital.

 

well im giving microsoft a call later today. im not just going to throw away 60 dollars...

 

delete all players save data re-install have fun

 

I can't even get past the start screen. :-(

 

Now it's gotten worse. My Xbox One doesn't even recognize that the disc in it. SHEESH!!:-((

 

Same issue here OP. My xbox freezes during mp then it's followed by a buzzing sound and reboots or kicks me to the dashboard!!!! Going to return my unit for another one today or tomorrow at game stop.

 

go to dashboad click start button on game icon then click manage game go all the way to the right where it says save data and has your profile pic delet all players data not just yours. now uninstall the game and any add-ons. re-install now hopefully it
will work this time around did for

 

I've crashed a few times today in MP.

 

I'm having this same problem as well. It freezes after the custscene on the level aftermath or when I'm playing multiplayer it will make a buzzing noise then kick me out to the dashboard.
