Cod advanced warfare multiplayer update stuck 100%

Ive had the game for three days now. It installs fine but as soon as I download the update it stops on 100% then repeats itself by queuing and saying install stopped. Ive tried everything unintalled it and reinstalled still no change. Please help just wanna
play the game!

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Update

Just this morning I got an update for "advanced warfare" I did the update and clicked on "multiplayer". Now it won't let me participate in any multiplayer games its stuck in spectator mode. Can anyone tell me whats going on?

Yea ive been able to play offline but as soon as I try to download the update it stays on 100%

Oh I misread that! Have you tried pausing and resuming the update? I would also try doing a quick power cycle by holding down the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds or until it has powered off. Those are simple troubleshooting steps but

Yea man ive done that so many times. This is the first time this has ever happened to me usually the xbox is fine.

 

Ok, next I want you to clear persistent storage in the Disc & Blu-ray settings. To get there follow these steps:

• Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
• In the Settings menu, select Disc & Blu-ray settings.
• From here, select Persistent storage and clear it.

Three hours later. Redownloaded it and waited did what youve said same thing happened

 

My xbox now keeps making some squeaking noise and theres in disc inside.

 

Could the internet be stopping it from finishing the update?

 

Just to clarify do you have the disc version or digital version of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare? Did you happen to install the game to an external HDD?

 

I too am having this issue. I can install the disk just fine. and play the game offline. but when installing the patch it gets stuck at 100%. and nothing iv tried fixes it

 

Hey guys, I'm very sorry to hear the steps above haven't helped. The next troubleshooting step would be Uninstalling and Reinstalling Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
Before you install the game again, hold down the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds to clear the system cache one more time and power back on.
