    COD Advanced Warfare install keeps stopping at 4%


    I purchased COD Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition. I picked up the disk today and have been trying to download it for about 9 hours. When the installation gets to 4%, I get a pop up saying installation has been stopped. I have tried everything I can think
    of to fix this. I have disconnected the XB1 from the internet through settings. Completely shutdown my modem and tried to reinstall. Deleted every game on my system with the exception of Destiny. Each time I try to reinstall, I completely uninstall the game,
    then shutdown the system. Then turn on the system and insert the game. Follow the prompts to install and choose to install the additional content at a later time but I still cant get the game to install past 4%. Please help. Thanks for your time.

    I bought the pro ED for COD Advanced Warfare..and it won't install on my xbox one.

    I bought the pro ED for COD Advanced Warfare..and it won't install on my xbox one..I have uninstalled..disconnected networks still stops at 4%..WTF is goin on..is there a fix..

    COD Advanced Warfare install keeps stopping at 4%

    Each time the install stops, I get this message:

    Your disk might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it or choosing a different disk (0x87e00064)

    As I stated in my previous post, I bought the disk today and have checked the disk for any scuffs and scratches and have not found any.

    I have the same problem with NBA2K15. Installation stops at 4%, I get the same message. Disc is new and absolutely not dirty or damaged. I tried other games (with fingerprints on them) and they work just fine. I also tried all the steps that I could find
    but nothing helps.

    After spending about 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft, they said it was my internet connection. They were really nice about it but told me to contact Verizon and have my download speeds checked. I decided before I went through that hassle, I would return
    the game and do an even exchange. Happy to report after 18 minutes, I am sitting at 75% installed. The Microsoft employee did say there was a low percentage change it was the disk but unlikely. Hope this helps and hope you still have the receipt as I needed
    it to exchange the game.
