COD advance warfare keeps freezing as it goes to the game lobby

so i reinstalled it 3 times and then i went out m,y way and got the CD one to see if tnat fix it but it dont so yeah fix this prob cuz kinda SUCKS where u paid over 100 bucks with the cd and season pass and the digital one ..............and cant PLAY!

My Xbox keeps freezing when I play cod advanced warfare the game is sracthed though.

 

Unable to play cod aw multiplayer freezes up since updated my system

Since i dl new system update i cant play call of duty advance warfare multiplay or zombie mode it keeps freezing after it fetches my profile and then after the message of the day pops up it starts buzzing and sometimes locks system up and sometimes it goes
back to dash. So plz help me.

 

I am having the same problem. When in Xbox Live multiplayer, select find match, match choice (Ground War for example), and the game goes to search for a match but freezes immediately. How about some help?

 

AW has been having a lot of issues across all platforms.

I'd suggest checking to see if Activision support has any suggestions to the issues.

You may just have to wait for them to release a patch to fix the issue.

 

Downloaded from disk yesterday and played campaign for a few hours with no issue, but tried to play this morning and it froze immediately. Finally got it to start, but it said I'm not signed in; as I pulled up my profile it is now frozen at "READING SAVE
DEVICE".

I assume this is related to the other freezing issues, but hadn't seen this particular problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

We are having the same issue. We bought the Day Zero edition disk and started playing. Next time we inserted the disk to play, it froze at the start on a screen with the name of the game. We deleted the game and updated the firmware for the xbox one. We
then reinstalled the game. The same thing happened - it played for a while and then froze on restart.

I am not an xbox one expert so don't totally understand what is going on. Not sure what is meant by "install the game" or why needed if you have the game disk. Is there a way to play from the disk and not install the game? Is that a solution?

 

I am having same problem (freezing on matchmaking when working 5min before) as OP. Tried uninstall and reinstall but that doesn't solve the problem. Feels like its server issue because I was playing literally 5 min before and now freezes everytime I start
matchmaking.

 

My AW also freezes at the READING SAVE DEVICE section. I tried several times but it still remained the same issue. Then the worst came, all the other games, including digital and CD games, came up with the same problem!
